Cheese Tart Filling


Ramai yang tanya macam mana nak buat cheese filling tu
puasa-puasa ni, q tak larat nak mengarut panjang-panjang
buat habis air liur je
straight to ampang point ok~

Ingredients :
  • Baked Tart Shell. Click > here < for recipe
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 20g butter
  • 60g fine granulated (sugar)
  • 1 egg
Method :
  1. Beat cheese, butter and sugar together till fluffy, add in  egg and beat till weat mix
  2. Pour mixture onto baked tart shells.
  3. Spoon blueberry or any desired flavour filling in the middle and use a toothpick to make a swirl.
  4. Bake at 180 C for 10 minutes.
Lepas tu, makan la sampai kenyang :)
